Products used/reviewed:
The following products were either used to create elements of or the website itself.

For the Website:

GIF Construction Set was used to create the first ClipsAhoy moving banner ad. We drew the picture with Adobe Photoshop 5 and put the pictures together with GCS. It was very straightforward and easy to use. You can alter the order or the graphics used very easily as well. Considered Macromedia's Fireworks, but found this one to be so easy that this was our selected product. Mind you, one may able to get a whole lot more fancy with something like Fireworks.

Is a little larger file sizes than fireworks, and basically places pictures together to make an animation, but is very easy to use.
