6. Question of the Week

Q: Why was free requests reduced from weekly to bi-monthly?

A: We changed free requests to twice a month so that we could get to free requests in a more timely manner. Since we give priority to members of http://www.ClipArtIsland.com, member requests(can be made any day) tended to delay free requests by quite a stretch. With free requests being accepted less often, the line is a little shorter so free requesting only requires a little patience instead of a lot of patience.
