6. Question of the Week

Q: I have been waiting for quite a while for my request, when will I receive it?

A: We cannot give a definite date for when a free request will be completed, we can only assure you that we will try to have the image complete as soon as possible. We make every attempt to get to all requests in as timely manner as possible. To better explain the wait, here is how our requests work: There are two line ups. One is the free requests which are accepted every two weeks and the other is member requests which are accepted every day. The member requests are given priority as the requestor is a paid customer. The free requests are done as time allows. There are a lot more free requests than member requests, but since some people are willing to buy a membership to hop to near the front of the line, a free request can sometimes be delayed. Even if a free request was submitted a week ago, a member requesting today will be given priority.
