Q: I have waited quite sometime for my free request, when are you going to do it?

A: Member requests always take priority over free requests so there may be considerable delays for free requestors. For example, if you requested a week ago through free requests and a member makes a request today, then we will do the member request first. We do try and fit all requests in when the opportunity is given, but we do recommend that anyone in a hurry consider joining our member area and make their requests through the request service there.
