6. Question of the Week

Q: I see several options on the member area (http://www.ClipArtIsland.com) have automatic renew. If I want to buy a membership for the length of one of those options, how would I turn off autorenew?

A: Once your payment is processed, you can log in to paypal.com with your paypal username and password. You will see your account details, one of which will be your subscription with us. It will have a link that says active. Click on the account to see the account details. Once in the details, you should see the cancel auto renew options. Note: once you have cancelled autorenew, it is not reversible. If you wish to continue your membership once it runs out, you would need to sign up for a new subscription.
