6. Question of the Week

Q: I stopped receiving my newsletter and I didn't actually unsubscribe. Did someone break into my account?

A: To unsubscribe to our newsletter, you need to click on the link at the bottom. It will call up a webpage where you have to click the unsubscribe button to confirm. If you forward this newsletter to anyone, please be sure to remove that link so that no one else unsubscribes you.

Other than that, here is what could have happened: When we send out the newsletter, we often get mail bouncing back to us for different reasons. When newsletter email bounces back to us, we disable sending the newsletter to that person. On occasion, this can be a server problem with the company you get your mail from, but most of the time it is because the email address no longer exists. A very common reason for mail bouncing back is full mailboxes. If you use hotmail, yahoo mail, or other free email services, you may have a limit to the amount of messages you can have at a time. Make sure that you keep deleting unwanted mail or your desired mail may not reach you. If you find that you are no longer receiving our newsletter, simply click on the link to sign up again and confirm that you want to receive it.
