6. Question of the Week

Q: When copying and pasting a link from the newsletter, it takes me to a message saying this page cannot be seen. What's up with this?

A: When you copy and paste, this error will come up when the whole address is not copied. Take note of what has pasted when you paste it into your address bar on your browser. Most of our pages end with .htm or .html. If that isn't on the end of the address, then the whole address didn't copy. This happens more often with really long addresses, such as the subscribe link which is more than one line. What you can do is copy and paste into the address bar. If it doesn't have the full address, then copy from that point on and add it to what pasted the first time on the address bar. Make sure you click on the address bar so that what you pasted is not highlighted so it will add to rather than replace the address. If you are an aol user, the latest aol version has hyperlinks enabled. This means that an address will be underlined and clickable, which will save you having to copy and paste.
