1. Site News

Due to a loss in the family, we did not have not have enough clipart added to warrant a newsletter last week. This newsletter lists all clipart from the last two weeks.

There have been some other notable additions to our site this last week. The first was we added some goto.com search boxes on some pages. These boxes allow you to search the internet from our site. This hopefully will save people time. These search boxes do not search our image collection.

The second major addition was that we opened a members area at http://www.ClipArtIsland.com

Q: In the newsletter, why don't you link directly to where the image is or offer a folder listing new images?

A: A folder similar to what you are suggesting is available in our pay member area at http://www.ClipArtIsland.com.

Our member area is designed to help you find the images as easy and quickly as possible. Please check it out!

We have to pay bandwidth fees for every image that is looked at on our sites. Since clipsahoy is essentially paid for by advertising, there is a necessity that an ad or two is seen as one goes to look at the images. We do try to make it more convenient for our users by providing a link to the category and mentioning where the images are. Clicking those links takes you directly in so that when you close down the site you will not be referred to another clipart site.
