Q: There is a window that appears on your site. I can't get rid of it because it is too far to the left to close it.

A: I would like to apologise for this and I assure you that we will be in contact with that advertiser as soon as possible. Unfortuneately, the pop up ads are necessary to keep our site open, but I was unaware that any of the ads would be intentionally difficult to close.

This may take some time, and until the ad is removed I recommend that you do the following should you run across this or any other ads that make themselves difficult.

Hold down the Alt key(near the bottom), and while holding press the key labelled F4(near the top). Each time you press F4, it will close a window, so be careful that you don't accidentally close our website when our window comes is on top. This key combination will work on any pop up window or webpage throughout the internet.
