Dear Newsletter-Subscriber: This is our 24th newsletter and we are glad you could be part of it. So onto what you are interested in: NEWS UPDATES! 1. Site news --------------------------------- Free Money from Clips Ahoy! We have a monthly draw in which we draw a name from our active subscribers. Why? Because we appreciate your interest in our site. Active subscriber is the key word though, if we draw someone that is listed as unsubscibed we have to draw again. If the winner doesn't notify us of their address before the newsletter after they are announced, we will throw them back into the hat and announce someone else in the next newsletter. Draw is the first newsletter of each month. You should note that we are not publicly displaying the win $20 note at this time, but that we still doing the draw. You thought you were only getting an email telling you about new clipart, not money :) Feel Free to let your friends know, but only if they like reading about what new clipart we are adding! Our site server froze up for three minutes and caused hours of grief this last week. This caused a few time related problems that basically made our email malfunction for part of a day. You may have got some extra copies of this newsletter, or may not have even gotten one at all last week. Our apologies go out to all that were inconvienced by this. Our server provider has indicated that the problem is resolved. The other problem that you could have encountered is the request email bouncing back. This has been tested as working by early monday morning last week, so please feel free to re-request if you haven't gotten a response from us. http://FreeClipArtIsland.com and ClipartIsland.com have a new face now. Instead of being a frame set, it a non frames version front page with directions for novices. Same site beyond the entry still. ------------------------------------ In the link directory, education sites have now been added. We have started making an archive of newsletters in case you missed one. You can find the archive at this link. We have two issues in there at the moment, but will slowly be adding other past issues. For those of you that missed last issue, it is there.
