2 Cool Animations - Strength: Fair number of animations, can click a color thing to see how it would look on different color webpages.
Weakness:Too many pop ups.
Popups: Pop up when you enter site, when you click to enter, when you select your first category, when you leave the site.
Directions: Click to enter button, or click on title, on left hand side is categories, it will ask you a user id which is free, and password which is animations. It will show you one animation, if you want others you have to click on the drop down menu in the center to see more in that category.

3D Animated - Strength: Fair number of animations
Weakness: It took me a bit to figure out where the animations were. The right hand frame size cannot be adjusted.
Popups: When you leave, it spawns a window to the list of sites.
Directions: Click 'enter 3d animated', on the right hand side click where it says 'free animations', this opens the categories. Click on your favorite category.

3Dmagif - Strength: nice looking animations, easy to find
Weakness: Some images were listing as 0000.
Popups? No
Directions: On left hand side, select a category.

A+ Art - Strength: Links to Clipart sites, popular
Weakness: List based on popularity not necessarily quality.
Popups? No
Directions: click 'enter' or logo. On left hand side it says 'Our collection' and has a few categories underneath.

A+ Arts - Strength: fairly easy to find what they have
Weakness: Slow loading, there isn't that many images, lots of junk.
Popups? No, does open a new window when you enter.
Directions: Asks to download korean support, I selected cancel. On next page you have to click where it says 30000 free clipart site.. enter. Click on category of choice after that.

AAA Clipart - Strength: nice clipart, easy to find
Weakness: navigation can be awkward, claimed number of images may not reflect the number of clipart, a pay site off and on
Popups? When you leave the site first time. There is a junk mail popup once you clicked to enter.
Directions: click logo to enter. On next page, scroll down to where it says clipart categories in blue. There are a number of different category names. Select from those categories. You will be able to see thumbnails, if you are interested you have to buy a membership.
