Directions: scroll down to the very bottom and click on link that says 'enter getcliparthere.com'. Ignore find anything links, they search the internet, not the site. On the next page, scroll down until you see a gray box starting with 'airplanes', 'home', and 'safety' across the top. Those are the categories, select one and scroll down to see them.

GIF Art - Strength: high quality 3d animations, a pretty good number of them
Weakness: the free clipart section is a hassle to get to the clipart, the pay section costs money and I believe the pay stuff allows unrestricted commercial use so possibly it could be common as other animation sites buy it and give it away.

Directions: On the left hand side there is a link that says free graphics, click on it. On the next page you have to fill out a form, you have to enter a real email because it will email your login id. When you click on submit on the first page it will go to a page where it asks you to confirm your email. It asks you to select your interests below on the second page, this is if you want junk mail, so only check them if that's what you want. Scroll down and click join now. On the next page, click on free images and enter your user id and password you picked. On the next page, on the left hand side is the categories, select one, then select the subcategory and scroll down to see the clipart images.

Directions: click the UK flag for english version, on the left hand frame, click the animated gifs button. In the middle click the category you want. Above where the categories were, the subcategories will appear, select one. You will then see thumbnails of the images above that. Click a thumbnail to see fullsize on top right.

Gifmix- Strength: lots of animations
Weakness: terrible navigation, common images, slooow

Directions: on the top left is a link that says animated gifs, scroll down a little and pick your category from the middle, then pick the collection number from the middle.

GoGraph - Strength: on site search engine
Weakness: common clipart, all from other sites

Grafizz - Strength: tons of web graphic elements such as bullets and arrows, many country flags as well
Weakness: smallish clipart collection seemed to be only slightly different versions of the same image
