Cyber Jam - Strength: A fair selection of animated clipart
Weakness: common clipart, gifart style
Popups? there is a cookie enabled pop up when you enter the site for the first time, small pop up ad when you change from image gallery to other main selections or when you leave the site.
Directions: Click 'Image Gallery' on left hand side, on the lower left frame is the categories for animated images.

DC's Top Clipart Pics - Strength: ?
Weakness: not much clipart, tricky page
Popups? every time you click to go to another page, or leave the site
Directions: ignore everything you read and scroll down to the very bottom, the clipart is there, right above them is a link that says 'next page', to take you to the next page.

Dog Clip Art - Strength: links to a focused topic
Weakness: no clipart content, links only to reviewed dog clipart sites.
Popups? No
Directions: Scroll down a bit and check out the links that are to several dog related clipart sites.

Drawshop - Strength: If you are a clipart site webmaster, you can either buy art here or negotiate links for art. You can get custom clipart here for a price.
Weakness: clipart is stamped, or you have to pay for it. Colorization is extra. Clipart is common as this is a source for many clipart sites.(not us, we make ours)
Popups? mini pop up windows occur at different parts of the site
Directions: scroll down and click on the logo or 'enter drawshop', on the next page scroll down and click on one of the flags, scroll down on the next page and pick your categories.

Designer Business Cards - Strength: good sized collection, called designer cards because they sell business cards
Weakness: it would appear as though this collection came from a cd somewhere, may be copyright images, no disclaimer to state otherwise.

Directions: scroll down and click on the bright circle that says 'clipart gallery'. On the next page, click on the link that says 'click here to enter the clipart library'

E Clipart Network - Strength: fair number of clipart, search feature
Weakness: common clipart
Popups? when you click to enter, a pop up comes up. When you leave the site
Directions: click the duck logo to enter, categories are on left hand side.

Equizotic - Strength: horse clipart specialists, custom graphics
Weakness: limited to horse clipart
Popups? no
Directions: click on the horse, on the left top click 'free horse clipart', then click on free clipart and backgrounds, and then select your favorite category

Extreme Clip Art - Strength: lots of clipart
Weakness: entry page, hassle with forms to get to clipart
Popups? when you leave the site
Directions: scroll down to the very bottom and click on the words 'or extreme clipart'. On the left hand side, select your favorite category. It will present you with a form, which you have to click 'I agree', you have to put in any basic kind of email address(it is supposed to be yours but as long as you an @ symbol in the middle it works). With that, you can go to the bottom and click to enter. it will ask you if you are sure you don't want to sign up to lists, answer ok to confirm that you don't want junk mail. You should see clipart now and should be able to go to other categories.

EZ Icons - Strength: aim icons
Weakness: new site, not much there yet. No original content
Popups? Pop up once you click to enter
Directions: ignore all the 'enter here' links and scroll to the very bottom where it says 'Enter ez icons'. Once you entered, it will have links on the left that says gallery, choose one.

Flaming Text - Strength: the custom text designer makes this a favorite of mine, great for web elements such a bullets, etc.
Weakness: weak on number of actual clipart
Popups? No
Directions: go to the round start button for the custom text, or scroll down for the clipart categories on the middle right.
